1. Who is responsible for your data
Value Loop Ltd., a company registered in Malta, is the controller of personal data collected through thevalueloop.com. Contact: success@thevalueloop.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through the Site and in our business communications with brands and prospects.
It does not cover patient data that we process on behalf of telehealth brands. That data is processed only on the brand’s instructions, under a services agreement and a Business Associate Agreement, and the brand’s own privacy notice applies to it.
3. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, brand or company, work email, category, approximate partial volume and your message.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email or messaging, and your contact details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and request logs, processed by our hosting and security provider and by our web font provider when you load the Site.
The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss our services, based on our legitimate interest and on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, based on our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), form processing (Formspree), business email and productivity tools (Google Workspace) and web fonts (Google Fonts). We may also disclose data where required by law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or the law requires a longer period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. U.S. residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, may also request to know and delete their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
To exercise any right, email success@thevalueloop.com. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to the Maltese supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or to the authority in your own country.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
